Information we collect

- Configuration and access data needed to operate the infrastructure we manage for you.
- Service usage, logs, and device data used to run and secure our engagements.
How we use it
- To deliver engineering work, operate your platform, and report on it.
- To improve reliability, prevent abuse, and respond to incidents.
- To provide support and meet legal and contractual obligations.
Data residency & security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We apply least-privilege access, secrets management, audit logging, and routine security reviews, and we scope access to what each engagement requires. We do not sell personal data.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements. Access to systems we manage is revoked at the end of an engagement.
Terms of service (summary)
Services are provided under an engagement or subscription agreement. You are responsible for authorizing our access to your systems and for the content you provide. Work is delivered with commercially reasonable care and the availability targets described in your order form.
